Pomegranate Blueberry Smoothie
Ingredients Quantity
Pomegranate seeds 1 ½ cup
Blueberries (fresh or frozen) 1 cup
Yoghurt 1 cup
Milk 1 cup
Honey (optional) 1 tsp
Ice Cubes
Method
Blend all ingredients till smooth..
Add ice cubes if you want it thicker and colder.
Serve and enjoy.
Fruity Truffle
Ingredients Quantity
Kiwi One
Apple One
Muskmelon One
Orange One
Whipping cream 100gm
Fresh cream 100gm
White chocolate 100gm
Nuts, almonds, choco sticks for garnishing
Method
Pour cream in a pan and stir continuously. Add white chocolate and stir well till it melts.
Keep it aside at room temperature.
Take whipping cream in a bowl and combine with the chocolate and cream mixture. Make sure it has mousse consistency.
In a tall glass, add Kiwi, layer it and spread a dollop of mousse. Level it well. Now add diced fruits of your choice like orange, apple, kiwi, and muskmelon and follow the process of layering with cream on top.
Garnish with almond flakes or nuts as desired. You can also put two Choco sticks.
Creamy Fruity truffle is ready to serve.
Chicken Nuggets
Ingredients Quantity
Boneless chicken, cut into small pieces 1 cup
Breadcrumbs ½ cup
Egg, beaten 1
Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Garam Masala ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Method
Marinate chicken with chili powder, garam masala and salt.
Dip in egg, coat with breadcrumbs.
Freeze for 30 mins, then give shape as per desired (elongated or round), then fry or bake till golden.
Serve hot chicken nuggets with your favorite dip.
Mango Cream Mithai
Ingredients Quantity
Mango, ripped and pureed 1
Or Mango Puree can 1 bowl
Sugar ½ cup
Condensed milk ¼ cup
Cardamom Powder ½ tsp
Butter, melted ½ bowl
Chopped nuts or pistachio to garnish
Method
Mix mango puree, cream, sugar and condensed milk.
Cook on low heat till it thickens. Cook for 10-15 mins.
Add cardamom powder.
Take any shape mould as per liking, brush butter and pour the mixture in the mould.
Cool, refrigerate, and garnish with nuts.
Serve chilled.
