The ambitious project is being developed by the Noida Authority in Sector 167. Spread over 29 acres, the biggest attraction of this park is a 10-acre lake serving as its centerpiece. It will provide visitors with a refreshing natural environment amid the cacophony of a busting metro city that Noida has turned into.
It will only increase city’s green cover but also to provide a vibrant public space for people of Noida. The authorities have plans to make it a hub where families can spend quality time, and reconnect with nature.
₹21-Crore Project to Transform the Area
The Noida Authority has earmarked ₹21 crore for development of this park-lake. The design has been finalised, and the tendering process is expected to begin soon. Construction will follow soon after. The NA plans to develop it as one of the largest and most modern parks, and become one of the city’s major attractions.
Elevated Walkways to Extend into the Lake
A distinctive feature of the park will be two elevated walkways that will allow visitors to walk into the middle of the lake. These elevated tracks will offer panoramic view of the water and surrounding greenery, providing a unique experience rarely found in conventional urban parks.

This is slated to be Noida’s first large park centred around a substantial water reservoir. It is being developed under the “Life Breathe Jungle” concept, aimed at increasing green spaces while promoting a cleaner and healthier urban environment.
Besides environmental conservation, the project is also expected to strengthen the area’s biodiversity.

- 1,590 Tamarind trees
These plantations naturally cool the surroundings, improve air quality, and create a lush green ecosystem.
Modern Amenities for Families and Visitors
