Heartfulness Guide Kamlesh Patel (Daaji) launched the HeartinTune app on September 21, the International Day of Peace, along with notable peace messengers such as Jeremy Gilley, founder of Peace One Day, award-winning film director Shekhar Kapur, and actor Kabir Bedi. The app is designed to keep you motivated to achieve new goals and track progress regularly.

A recent study has shown that approximately 88 per cent of Indians face stress while 39 per cent of working professionals experience high levels of stress. HeartInTune’s silent meditation is the antidote and helps people to let go of stress and anxiety, increase focus, feel calm, sleep well, remove anger, explore consciousness, and much more. Heartfulness has culminated its 75 years strong legacy and research on the effectiveness of its practices; into this latest offering for beginners.

Heartfulness offers a simple set of meditative practices and lifestyle changes, first developed at the turn of the 20th century and formalized into teaching through Shri Ram Chandra Mission in 1945 in India with a goal to bring peace, happiness and wisdom to one heart at a time. These practices are a modern form of Yoga designed to support contentment, inner calm, and stillness, compassion, courage, and clarity of thought, as the first step towards a purposeful life. They are simple and easily adopted and are appropriate for people from all walks of life, cultures, religious beliefs, and economic situations, who are over the age of fifteen.

Speaking on the launch, Daaji said, “When the heart is in balance, everything else is also in balance. The Heartin Tune app will bring the wisdom and knowledge of heartfulness meditation onto your fingertips. With Heartfulness meditation, beginners can meditate for as little as 15 minutes and experience the transformation. When our collective minds and hearts are in-sync we can experience a change in our collective consciousness.”

The app will soon be available in Indian regional languages.
