A workshop on Before and After Pandemic was held at Prudence School, Sector 22, Dwarka. Upasana Kaura was the Resource Person at the workshop organised by 6to16, the education wing of Life & More, in association with HT Pace. Kaura spoke about various challenges being faced by the teachers and students due to Covid pandemic.
The session started with ‘Jump in-Jump out’ activity which refreshed the teachers for a fruitful session ahead. The teachers shared their experiences about the change in the behaviour of students in the aftermath of the pandemic and how they were trying to resolve those issues.
Kaura discussed about change and transformation, attitudinal changes and significance of introspection for every individual for a successful and happy life. On the occasion, school Principal Ritesh Kumar also shared his views as to how these measures can help enhance the capabilities of teachers as well as students, and also bring about the desired changes in them.
The session ended with short video on motivation to ignite the minds of teachers for better performance, not just in their professional arena but in life as a whole.
