Khemo Devi Public School students told about importance of communication

A workshop was conducted at Khemo Devi Public School wherein the importance of good communication skills was highlighted and students were made aware of different ways of enhancing their skills. The school workshop that commenced with a highly engaging ice-breaking activity, witnessed enthusiastic participation from the students who interacted with the resource persons with their queries. The resource persons — Ashwani Kumar Sharma and Upasana Kaura – shared various techniques with the students to help them make better in communication skills.

The key qualities highlighted included remaining silent and being good listeners, being observant and understanding, having empathy, open-mindedness, interest and being clear in speech. And most importantly, paying respect to the speaker. The students participated well and promised to work upon enhancing their communication skill, most important to develop a perfect personality.

The workshop was organised by 6to16, the education wing of Life & More, in association with HT Pace.
