Neha Sinha, a leading dementia specialist, has earned international recognition for her pioneering work in developing structured dementia care services in India.
She began her career as a counsellor with Sanjivini, a Delhi-based non-governmental organisation focused on mental health, where her passion for caregiving took root.
Driven by a vision to bridge the gap in elderly care, she went on to co-found Epoch Elder Care, laying the foundation for a more compassionate and specialised approach to dementia support in the country.
Under her leadership, Epoch Elder Care has evolved into a trusted name in dementia care and assisted living, offering personalised and holistic services tailored to the needs of the elderly.
With over a decade of experience, the organisation has expanded significantly, especially after its acquisition by Age Care Labs in 2021. Since then, Epoch has more than doubled its capacity and broadened its services to include dementia day care, family consultations, caregiver training, awareness programmes, and cognitive stimulation initiatives.
Building on this strong momentum, the organisation is now poised for rapid expansion in the coming years, further strengthening its position in India’s senior care ecosystem.
