After a two-year-long renovation and upgradation, Kairali Ayurvedic Group has re-opened its signature Ayurveda Health retreat, Kairali – The Ayurvedic Healing Village (Kairali-TAHV) at Palakkad in Kerala. The Ayurvedic health retreat was closed during the Covid lockdown since early 2020.

Counted among the top 50 wellness destinations in the world, the 60-acre property with 15 acre built up area is now upgraded to modern cottages nearly double the Ayurvedic Centre (1700 sq feet). It now has a new dedicated meditation complex, a new Yoga Centre (6000 sq. feet) overlooking the paddy fields through a unique hanging bridge and an upgraded kitchen. Further, about 35 more plant, fruits and vegetables have been added to the area.

Manned  by skilled Ayurvedic doctor’s, the centre offers a wide range of therapeutic and wellness programs that include ways to bosting your immunity, post-covid health management  weight loss, arthritis management, rejuvenation, detoxification and pain management  as well as helping against stress and strain. Treatments offered include Panchakarma, Abhyangam, Shirodhara, Navarakhizhi, Udhvvardhnam etc.
