Good news from National Digital Library of India

The National Digital Library of India (NDL), with 3.5 crore academic content, is now available on UMANG app. The project under the Ministry of Human Resources is spearheaded by IIT Kharagpur.

With educational institutions shut due to the lockdown, students can now study from home using NDLI on UMANG app. After the imposition of the lockdown, MHRD made 78 lakh content accessible for free and with registration, complete access can be gained to the remaining content.

The digital content is in the form of e-books, audio books, lecture materials, thesis, reports, articles, journals, question papers and their solutions, simulation tools and video lectures in engineering, science, management, humanities and law streams.

Also, an updated and consolidated research resource repository on Covid-19 has been made available for students.
