Heart Chakra Healing and the Path to Divine Love & Forgiveness
Jaspal Soni
“The heart chakra is not the chakra of the threefold flame. The threefold flame is sealed within a sacred chamber that lies behind the 12-petal heart chakra. This chamber belongs to the 8-petal chakra, positioned slightly to the side in alignment with the physical heart. Therefore, the first step on the spiritual path is to perfect divine love in the heart chakra.
“The pure power of this heart chakra is love itself. Yet, any force of anti-love—resentment, anger, or emotional pain—that accumulates here becomes a blockage to the expression of true divine love, compassion, charity, understanding, and selfless giving. What often settles in the heart chakra is known as hardness of heart or the unmerciful heart.
“The unmerciful heart does not truly forgive. It may speak the words ‘I forgive you,’ yet continues to hold bitterness and resentment—not just for a lifetime, but across lifetimes. The ability to forgive is the primary quality of the Christ (Higher Self, Krishna Consciousness, Atman). When one can genuinely forgive, forget, and move forward, it is a sign of a developed Christ Flame (Threefold Flame) and a healed heart chakra.
“The unmerciful heart, unless transformed through true forgiveness, cannot experience God-consciousness. It cannot enter the kingdom within. Therefore, we must examine our hearts deeply and honestly to identify any lingering resentment. Heart chakra healing requires courage, especially when faced with deep wounds or profound loss.
“This is the danger of a hardened heart—it harms the one who holds it most. Hardness of heart is like a dense concrete casing around the heart chakra, preventing the flow of love. It creates emotional numbness and insensitivity, where we no longer feel others’ pain, yet expect others to understand ours. The path to healing begins when we open the heart to the suffering of humanity and offer compassion and care. This is how the granite of the heart begins to melt, allowing love to expand again.
“This condition is widespread today. Therefore, if you aspire toward ascension or spiritual initiation, you must first look within your heart chakra and begin the work of transformation.
“Life teaches through two paths—love or pain. Either we learn through devotion to God and love for others, or through suffering that awakens empathy within us. Pain, in this sense, becomes the other side of bliss. Those who do not understand this often blame God for their hardships, rather than recognising the role of free will and karma in shaping life’s experiences.
“When you reach a state of spiritual responsibility—realising that your life circumstances are the result of your own actions, past or present—you begin the journey of true self-mastery. This is the turning point where you face the light, gather the scattered energies of your life, and place them into the violet flame for purification and healing.
“I ask you to pour forth all the love within your being toward God. And more than this—forgive God for any pain, loss, or hardship you believe He has caused. Release all blame. Understand that what you carry is your own karma, not His doing. In this sacred act of forgiveness, you make peace with your Divine Source.
“This is the moment of true heart chakra healing, where resentment dissolves, love flows freely, and you are restored to harmony with your Higher Self and your God Presence.”
