Why I think Sushant Singh Rajput was murdered: Subramaniam Swamy
Team L&M
The mystery behind the death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput seems to be deepening with each passing day. With Maharashtra home minister Anil Deshmukh outrightly denying investigation being handed over to the CBI from Mumbai Police after Lok Janshakti Party Chirag Paswan spoke with Maharashtra chief minister Uddhav Thackeray, BJP Rajya Sabha MP Subramanian Swamy has taken to twitter to say that SSR was “murdered” and this is not a case of suicide as has been presented till now.
To support his claim, Swamy posted a document with 26 points wherein except for two, the rest support the theory of murder.
The points highlighted by the veteran politician include:
Location of ligature mark on neck does not match with suicide and rather matches homicide.
Length of ligature mark is present only in front portion of neck and gets discontinued. In hanging, the rope or belt squeezes neck from all the sides. In strangulation, the killer targets the front of the neck and tries to apply pressure on front portion of neck using belt etc.
No eye pop out To commit suicide by hanging, one has to suddenly hang himself by removing the table etc under the feet. This may cause huge sudden force causing eye pop out. This is not possible in homicidal strangulation.
Cloth hanging from fan In the pictures, one part of the cloth is hanging too low. Other part is laying on bed. With cloth hanging too low, suicide by hanging is not possible.
Various marks on body indicate towards beating, holding.
After seeing his body first, hospital was not informed The person who found him should have tried to save his life. That’s the basic instinct.
Mark on neck not matching with type of cloth used The shape of the mark on neck matches with rigid belt. Soft cloth, even folded to stimulate a rope cannot cause a mark like a belt.
Then there are other points like the body language of closest friends with “not a single close friend of him calling it a homicide. Maybe they are afraid or maybe they are part of plan”; as it is not a case of suicide, so there was no suicide note; one of the causes of suicide among people is financial crisis. “Clearly he was rich and had film offers in line so there was no financial crisis” and missing room duplicate keys as well as any small table or furniture inside the room to indicate it was a suicide.
“Why I think Sushanth Singh Rajput was murdered,” Swamy tweeted, a day after he had a conversation with the chief minister of Bihar Nitish Kumar and said that he will initiate a CBI inquiry into this case.
Earlier, Dr Swamy had sent a letter to PM Modi and urged him to initiate a CBI investigation in SSR death case. He, in the letter, alleged that a few big names in Bollywood, with the help of dons in Dubai, are asking Mumbai Police to cover up the death and call it voluntary suicide. The letter was acknowledged by the PM.
