Says Swapnadeep Mukherjee, Executive Chef, at the hotel, “We keep refreshing our outlet menus, making it more seasonal or adding flavours as per the needs of our guests. Earlier cakes were used for occasions, but now cakes are eaten as desserts, so we introduced, small size cakes. The increasing varieties and flavors of cakes are developing the usage of it. There are egg less, sugar free, non-cream based, ornamental cakes, fresh fruits flavors and more available. We have added many options of puffs in this menu that are exclusive and not available in the market like Chicken 65, Chicken Tikka Masala, Chicken Chettinad, Aloo South Indian, Pao Bhaji, Achaari Paneer, Chilly Paneer and more. Even Breads are healthy like Pumpernickel, Multi-grain, etc. Nowadays, guest’s palate is quiet experimenting they keep on looking for the new dishes & new taste, thus this new menu.  Our pastry shop’s new menu is being greatly loved and admired by the guests as much as we enjoyed curating it for them!”
