Apple Ice cream
Ingredients Quantity
Apple 2 No.
Milk full cream 500 ml
Condense milk 50 ml
Almond flakes 20 gm
Cashewnuts (chopped) 20 gm
Sugar 50 gm
Mint leaves for garnish
Method:
- Take a Fresh Apple and cut on top and cut around the seed area. Take a spoon for twisting the seed and take out the seed
- To make ice-cream mixture, boil the milk in a medium flame. Let it boil and reduce to 1/3 of milk. Add sugar and let it boil for some time. Now milk will become thick in consistency, add condense milk, nuts and boil it for another 2 Min. turn of the flame. Let the ice cream mixture cool down for a while
- Take ice cream mixture, stuff into the apple, close on top and freeze it for 5 hours. Once it sets, take out apple ice-cream and cut in to the slice and served with mint garnish
Mango Mousse
Ingredients Quantity
Mango Fresh (sliced) 01 No.
Whipping cream 200gm
Powdered sugar 100gm
Mango pulp 50gm
Mint leaf (for garnish)
Red Cherry (for garnish)
Method
- In a large bowl take whipping cream and powdered sugar. Using a kitchen aid, beat on low speed. And beat until the cream turns stiff peaks. Now add mango pulp (puree) and mix gently. Mix until everything is well combined. Keep aside
- Take a small Martini glass layer with sliced mango and prepared mango cream. And on top covered with mango pulp. Keep in refrigerate until it sets well and garnish with mint and cherry
Classic Tiramisu Shots
Ingredients Quantity
Whipping cream 250gm
Mascarpone cheese 200gm
Powdered Sugar 200gm
Vanilla extracts 01ml
Espresso Coffee 50ml
Kahlua or Rum 20ml
Lady Fingers cookie 01pkt
Cocoa powder for dusting
Method
- Take whipping cream to a mixing bowl and beat on medium speed with kitchen aid electric mixers Slowly add sugar and vanilla and continue to beat until stiff peaks. Add mascarpone cheese and mix just until combined. Keep aside
- Add coffee and liqueur to a bowl. Dip the lady fingers cookie in the coffee just get them wet and lay them in a single layer on the bottom of glass bowl
- Smooth half of the mascarpone mixture over the top. Add another layer of dipped lady fingers cookie. Smooth remaining mascarpone cream over the top
- Dust cocoa powder & sliced fruit of your choice over the top. Keep in to the fridge at least 2-3 hours and serve cold
