Homemade healthy and tasty drinks to boost immunity
Dr Geeta Grewal
Boosting immunity is the need for the hour. There are a number of factors that affect the functioning of our immune system. A healthy lifestyle protects your body from viruses and bacteria and builds your immune system. Without it, they’d have free reign and you’d be constantly falling ill. Your immune system work by recognising the difference between your body’s cells and alien cells, allowing it to destroy any that could be potentially harmful.
Here are a few homemade drinks to boost your immunity and are healthy and tasty too.
