Fashion designer Ridhi Mehra has collaborated with the footwear and accessories brand House of Vian to come up with a capsule collection of artistic and comfortable juttis. The festive collection has a whole lot of art, craft, and signature style pieces.

“It all began with our clients seeking a complete look. Around the same time, the label got a pair customised from House Of Vian and that’s when the idea first sparked. The Ridhi Mehra X House of Vian capsule collection is for every woman looking to amp up their festive wardrobe,” says Mehra.

A curation of classic jutti silhouettes featuring Ridhi Mehra’s distinct bejeweled designs, the color palette includes fuchsia, ivory and also consists of unique pieces embellished and decorated with traditional embroideries featuring pearls, beads, mirrors, and artsy threadwork.

“I’ve always adored the intricacies in Ridhi’s outfits and often wondered how ornate the bejeweled embellishments would look if adorned on our juttis. The idea to put together this collection definitely sparked when we worked together on a couple of shoots and created custom pairs. The outcome was so enchanting, that we had to put together an exclusive collection that embodied her design aesthetic and our splendid craftsmanship. This collection is a labor of love that will complete every woman’s festive look,” adds Drishti Mahajan.
