Prakash Hospital has been announced as the Official Hospital Partner for the Indian Pickleball League 2025. The seven-day event will begin tomorrow in Mumbai. The association focuses on reinforcing structured athlete healthcare, medical preparedness, and on-ground clinical support throughout the tournament.

The Indian Pickleball League is powered by Adani and endorsed by the Global Pickleball Federation, Asian Pickleball Association, and Indian Pickleball Association. It has rapidly expanded its footprint across the national sports landscape. With participation increasing from grassroots and recreational athletes to competitive players, medical assurance and specialised sports injury support systems have become key requirements for large-scale events.

Managing healthcare and emergency response

As the designated medical partner, Prakash Hospital will manage all healthcare and emergency response operations during the tournament. The hospital will deploy fully equipped medical units, sports physiotherapists, trauma care teams, ACLS  ambulance and first-response stations across the venue. These teams will remain active during practice sessions and match days, offering immediate care and structured post-match recovery support to all.

Ayush Chauhan, Executive Director, Prakash Hospital stated that the partnership aligns with the hospital’s commitment to advancing sports science, orthopaedic care, rehabilitation expertise, and preventative injury management. “Modern competitive sports require real-time access to physiotherapy, diagnostics, and treatment efficiency, making professional medical oversight essential for athlete longevity and performance integrity,” he says.

Conducting health-awareness engagements

During the seven-day championship, Prakash Hospital will also conduct health-awareness engagements and athlete-focused advisory sessions covering injury prevention, hydration strategies, muscle recovery techniques, and joint protection. These will create wider awareness about safe play and reduce avoidable injuries across emerging sporting communities.
