Mass Hanuman Chalisa recital to drive away Covid-19

In an effort to drive away the Covid-19, saints, seers, professionals, industrialists, prominent personalities and volunteers of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) as well as other Hindu organisations and groups will recite Hanuman Chalisa 11 times on May 18. They will be joined in by lakhs of Hindu families all across the country and the world.

The chanting will start at 8.30 Tuesday morning, informed RSS Prachar Pramukh Murarji Tripathi. While the event will take place in Kashi Prant comprising 26 districts of Uttar Pradesh, lakhs are expected to join in through six links available on YouTube. The participants will have to chant Shri Ram Jai Ram Jai Jai Ram five times before and after the Hanuman Chalisa.
