Know why is sunscreen important in winters, and how to layer it
Most people believe that the winter sun is benign & gentle, and that it won’t cause your skin any damage in the season. However, the truth is, the sun’s UV rays can be just as damaging to your skin when it’s cold and cloudy outside as when it is hot and sunny. So whoever said we don’t need to wear sunscreen during winter, created an ill-informed MYTH!
