What prompted you to start this course?
Building a learning organisation has always been a vision of Sattvik Council of India. Solving a problem, introducing a product, and reengineering a process all require seeing the world in a new light and acting accordingly. In the absence of learning, organisations and individuals simply repeat old practices, change remains cosmetic, and improvements are either fortuitous or short-lived.
Tell us more about this course?
Sattvik (vegetarian) food is considered as the most healthy, sacrosanct and pious. There is a need to verify, validate and test the sources of the food ingredients and the processes deployed by the food manufactures to endorse the food as Sattvik (vegetarian) food. The people’s faith is also sacrosanct and therefore, there is an inflated demand of food auditors which must perform a perfect job of testing, verification & validation to assure guarantee of the food from such processes.
