โStress is a feeling you get when you are unable to cope with a situation facing you. When you take it in your stride it can propel you to work better but if not handled well it can become a chronic condition,โ he told students, exhorting them to keep themselves healthy, more so as hey have to give Class 12 Boards, which need a lot of peace and calm.
Various stress-related issues for students range from targeting high percentile, reducing play time, pressure from parents and teachers, and such other situations. Keeping oneself cool through constant introspection and meditation are some of the keys to keep stress at bay.
During the session, Sharma also organised a small activity in which students were told to guess what was being drawn on a piece of paper at their back gauging through the drawing pattern. This was a fun activity, much-enjoyed by children.
