This was the first time leaders of the world’s two largest democracies addressed such a massive joint gathering, symbolising a new level of unity and collaboration.

Soon after, on February 24–25, 2020, another milestone event took place at the Motera Stadium in Ahmedabad, where over 120,000 people witnessed both leaders reaffirm their commitment to a “strategic and natural partnership.”
