Heartfulness Launches HeartInTune App to Make Meditation a Daily Habit

Team L&M

The Heartfulness Institute has launched the HeartInTune app, a guided meditation platform designed to help people integrate meditation into their daily lives. This app encourages users to embark on an inner journey of self-growth, offering lasting transformation, stress relief, and an overall improved quality of life.

Accessible Guided Meditation for Everyone

HeartInTune is available globally and provides guided meditation programs of 15, 30, and 45 minutes, suitable for both beginners and experienced meditators. The free-to-use app requires no prior experience. Users can download it on Android and iOS, register, and start experiencing the benefits of meditation in their hectic routines.

Launched on International Day of Peace

The app was launched by Heartfulness Guide Kamlesh Patel (Daaji) on September 21, the International Day of Peace, alongside peace advocates such as Jeremy Gilley, founder of Peace One Day, award-winning filmmaker Shekhar Kapur, and actor Kabir Bedi. The app motivates users to set goals, track progress, and maintain consistency in their meditation practice.

Tackle Stress and Anxiety with HeartInTune

Recent studies show that 88% of Indians experience stress, and 39% of working professionals face high stress levels. HeartInTune offers silent meditation sessions to help users:

  • Release stress and anxiety
  • Improve focus and mental clarity
  • Sleep better and feel calm
  • Reduce anger and emotional turbulence
  • Explore higher consciousness

Drawing on 75 years of Heartfulness research and practice, the app combines modern technology with proven meditation techniques for effective results.

Heartfulness: A Legacy of Inner Peace

The Heartfulness meditation system began in the early 20th century and was formalised through the Shri Ram Chandra Mission in 1945, with the goal of bringing peace, happiness, and wisdom to individuals. These practices are a modern form of yoga designed to cultivate inner calm, clarity, compassion, and courage, making them suitable for anyone above the age of fifteen, regardless of culture, religion, or background.

Daaji on the Power of Heartfulness

Speaking about the launch, Daaji said, “When the heart is in balance, everything else is also in balance. The HeartInTune app brings the wisdom of Heartfulness meditation to your fingertips. Even beginners can meditate for as little as 15 minutes and feel transformation. When collective minds and hearts are in sync, we can change our collective consciousness.”

The app will soon expand to Indian regional languages, making Heartfulness meditation accessible to millions more users.
