If you are facing the problem of frizzy hair as well as frequent hair fall, help is round the corner. This one, Sulfate Free Shampoo with Argan Oil, Camellia and White Lotus is from the house of Pilgrim’s latest range, Secrets of Jeju Island. While argan oil is known for anti-fungal properties and helps reduce dandruff, itchiness and dryness, camellia keeps the hair moist and supple. White lotus lends it a beautiful fragrance.
An added advantage is that it contains no parabens or sulphates which means the hair won’t feel stressed out after a wash. Also, you can be free of scalp skin worries. The method of using is same as all shampoos: take less than a generous amount, rub it between your palms and then massage well into wet hair and scalp using fingertips. Rinse clean with water. A single wash with this one left my soft and smooth (I am sure by the end of six months my hair issues will be over). The shampoo, at Rs 400 for 200 ml, I’m told has been developed based on the Korean beauty secrets and is suitable for all hair types.
For best results: Use on alternate days. Though the instruction on the bottle says that you can use it daily too, I personally don’t favour daily shampooing of the hair.
What I, however, like the most about the brand is that the directions of use tell you about the amount to be used in case you have oiled hair. This very small detail gives it a huge heads up.
The vegan-friendly, cruelty-free and FDA approved skincare and haircare brand, Pilgrim recently forayed into the Indian markets. It claims to be free of harmful and toxic chemicals and uses ingredients that either enhance the health of hair and skin or support the effectiveness of its formulations.
