Team L&M

Earthian Hotels N Resorts, operators of The Earth at Ranthambore in Rajasthan, is taking sustainable luxury to the next level with the launch of a new café and bar. Known as the most eco-conscious hotel in Sawai Madhopur, this expansion offers guests fresh experiences while staying true to sustainability as a way of life.

New Café Experience Amidst Nature

The new café, seating around 30 guests, will be located next to the open-air dining area, Rasa, surrounded by chirping birds and lush greenery. Guests can savor chef-special bakery delights such as cookies, doughnuts, bagels, pastries, brownies, pizzas, and a special blend of coffee.

Rohit Pareek, Managing Director of Earthian Hotels N Resorts, says, “Now that the green beautification across the resort is complete, this additional café & bar experience will give guests an immersive experience to sit amongst the cool breeze and enjoy reading a book with our specially brewed coffee or have a laugh sitting with a friend at the bar.”

Two New Bars with Local Flavors

The resort introduces two bars—one by the pool and the other near the multi-cuisine restaurant, Tattva. Guests can enjoy Rajasthan’s finest liquor offerings, including Amrut, Ganganagar, Somras, Royal Ranthambore, and Kesar Kasturi.

Outdoor Dining & Cultural Experiences

Guests can enjoy a variety of activities alongside dining, such as wildlife documentaries, pottery demonstrations, Rajasthani cultural performances, magic shows during high tea, and gourmet meals.

The resort offers Ranthambore’s only rammed mud and cob Earth Cottages, designed by Eugene Pandala, award-winning architect and heritage conservator. Visitors can unwind by the swimming pool, Taranaalya, or at the recreation hall while surrounded by vibrant Rajasthani landscapes.

Unique Sustainability Features

The Earth at Ranthambore stands out for its eco-conscious initiatives. The property features a Miyawaki Forest, a Japanese afforestation method creating fast-growing native groves that mimic natural forest layers. Guests can also relax at Sattva Spa or attend folk performances and wildlife documentaries at Kriya, the open-air amphitheatre.

Rohit Pareek adds, “We plan to take this model across all our upcoming resorts.”

Conclusion
With the new café and bar, The Earth at Ranthambore elevates the guest experience by blending sustainability, luxury, and cultural immersion. Visitors can enjoy Rajasthani flavors, stunning natural surroundings, and thoughtfully designed activities—all within a responsible, eco-friendly resort.
