Stotrak Hotels Pvt Ltd has partnered with Eikyam Arts to develop a greenfield hotel project in Madhya Pradesh. The upcoming GPC Rambagh Resort in Gwalior marks Stotrak’s entry into the state and Eikyam Arts’ debut in the hospitality sector.
Set to open next month, the resort highlights growing demand for boutique hospitality in emerging destinations.
According to Manish Goyal, Director of Stotrak Hotels, Gwalior is attracting increasing footfall from North India. He added that the city is emerging as a preferred destination for weddings, offering a blend of history, culture and modern amenities.
Rraj Sigh, Founder of Eikyam Arts, said the venture marks a strategic expansion from real estate into hospitality. He emphasised that the partnership combines Stotrak’s expertise in curated stays with Eikyam’s strength in infrastructure to deliver experience-led hospitality.
Spread across three acres, the GPC Rambagh Resort by Stotrak will feature 24 rooms, including signature suites, a large restaurant, landscaped gardens and a 6,000 sq ft banquet hall. The property is designed to cater to leisure travellers, destination weddings and event-based tourism.
This development aligns with Stotrak’s expansion strategy across North and Central India. The company continues to focus on high-growth destinations, curated experiences and cultural travel. The project also reflects rising investment in Tier-II cities, positioning Gwalior as a key hub for tourism and hospitality growth.
