With the busy lifestyle we live, we usually ignore the minor changes that are happening in our bodies. Sometimes, these modifications might seem to be of no concern at all; nonetheless, they might eventually develop into a health issue that is not just serious but also the first symptom of cancer. Cancer treatment is more effective and less invasive the earlier it is detected. It is very crucial to be aware of your body signals daily. Here are some minor body changes that deserve real attention:
Persistent Bloating or Abdominal Discomfort
If bloating, weight gain, or stomach discomfort are commonplace for several weeks, regardless of whether you change the way you eat, there’s an opportunity for various digestive problems underneath. In some cases, these signs could be related to stomach cancers or the intestines. Do not ignore any persistent symptoms; take them as a warning to consult your physician.
Unexplained Weight Loss
Losing weight suddenly and noticeably without any change in diet or exercise is often considered a major warning sign. It could be one of the effects occurring as a result of certain cancers that have altered your metabolism. Changes in Bowel Habits
Constipation, diarrhea, narrow stool, or any major change in bowel pattern that lasts for more than a few weeks can be symptoms of colon or rectum problems. Early diagnosis plays an important role in the success of the treatment.
Blood in Stool or Urine

Difficulty Swallowing
