Winter special menu @ Rooh
With the cold weather slowly descending upon the National Capital, Rooh, an international Indian restaurant and cocktail bar, has launched a special winter menu with selection of dishes that provide much needed warmth and comfort to the soul.
Curated by Chef Sujan Sarkar, the new menu celebrates seasonal produce and authentic and traditional winter delicacies. Delectable dishes such as Sarson da Saag with polenta bread and Nolen cream, Tomato & Burrata with Heirloom Tomato and Persimmon Khatta and Lambo mole with Chocolate Nihari are some of the must try. End the meal on sweet note with Chef’s special Cashew Phirni Cake Mousse.
Along with tantalising winter warmer dishes, there are a range of house fermented beverages to derive maximum flavours from ingredients available in the season. Techniques such as fermentation, pickling and dehydration have been used to minimise usage of synthetic flavours, sugar and preservatives. Signature range includes Fermented Chai, Fermented Spiced Apple, Fermented Milk Whey and many more.
