The Kind Roastery and Brewroom aims to open three more outlets in Bengaluru

The Kind Roastery and Brewroom has opened its fourth outlet at Marenahalli, in JP Nagar, Bengaluru. Founded by Pallavii Gupta and Arjun Shhetty, who have been in the hospitality industry for over a decade, this outlet is spread over two floors and offers exceptional food and the best of coffee.

“We want to make vegetarian and vegan food more cafe-friendly and accessible. We hope that with the birth of this cafe, we will be able to set a new benchmark for us as well as our customers in the F&B industry. There has been a rise in the popularity of coffee within the last few years, and we aim to cater to the needs of the people and present to them the best taste and experience possible while keeping the culture of coffee alive,” says Gupta.

“We have made it our mission to go beyond sandwiches and wraps and offer an upscale café experience in a holistic way. We bake fresh every day with no preservatives. We work on seasonal menus that focus on forgotten ingredients, revisiting basic ingredients and dishes in innovative ways,” puts in Shetty, adding that the aim is to open three more outlets in the city by 2025 and one outlet across India by 2028.

“We want to collaborate with like-minded brands and make our retail offering more accessible as it fits our mindset of Kind planet, Kind food, Kind brews and Kind people,” says Gupta.

The teas and coffees at The Kind Roastery & Brewroom are sourced from estates within the country, with a unique blend crafted specifically for the café’s menu. From Coconut Coffee to Cinnamon and Jaggery Coffee, Jackfruit Latte, and loose leaf fennel teas, it offers unusual and new flavours and recipes.

Its elevated vegetarian and vegan café menu includes offerings like Giant Ravioli, Sourdough Tartines, Dry Khao Suey Salad, and Mushroom Curried Dimsums among others.

As a first step towards a kinder planet, The Kind Roastery and Brewroom makes vegetarian and vegan food more approachable and accessible. The Zen Table, designed to stimulate kindness and creativity, offers a space where people can pause, reflect, and find peace amidst the chaos of everyday life.

The founders also have plans to expand their retail offerings, which consists of specialty teas, premium coffees, handmade ceramics and stone wear. We will also offer packaged coffees and teas designed for hand brewing and special drinks.

The restaurant is open from 8am to 11pm
