DAV students get hands on knowledge about team building
Team L&M
The workshop at DAV Public School, organised by Upasana Kaura, began with an ice-breaking session wherein the resource person asked the teachers to write what profession they wanted to enter before coming to teaching or what they wish to pursue along with teaching on a chit of paper. The teachers then put these chits in a box and were randomly called to pick one and guess the person who had written that dream. They were then called to perform according to the profession they had mentioned.
The session then began and tips of team importance were highlighted which followed an activity wherein teachers were divided into groups and given a task to perform collectively. They then presented the activity in front of all the teachers. Once the workshop ended, the teachers asked for more such sessions.
The workshop was organised by 6to16, the education wing of Life & More, in association with HT Pace.
