- Ascended Master Maha Chohan is the representative of the flame of the Holy Spirit to earth’s evolutions.
- In the Hindu Trinity of Brahma, Vishnu, and Shiva, the Holy Spirit corresponds to Shiva, known as the Destroyer/Deliverer.
- In the Hindu Trinity, Shiva represents the Holy Spirit at the cosmic level whereas the Maha Chohan is his representative on the earth.
- Prana is the essence of the Holy Spirit that we take in by the sacred fire breath through our chakras to nourish our four lower bodies (etheric, mental, emotional and physical).
- The element that corresponds to the flame of the Holy Spirit is oxygen. Without that element, neither man nor elemental life could continue their service.
- Each time a son or daughter of God attains Moksha (ascends) and merges into OM TAT SAT OM (I AM THAT I AM), the Holy Spirit descends to fill the void and to magnify the God’s Presence on earth.
- The retreat of the Maha Chohan, the Temple of Comfort, is located on the etheric plane with a focus in the physical at the island of Sri Lanka where the flame of the Holy Spirit and the flame of Comfort are anchored.
- His twin flame is Pallas Athena, Goddess of Truth.
- The Maha Chohan ministers to every person on earth as we enter this world and as we exit it.
- At the moment of that birth, he is present to breathe the breath of life into the body and to ignite the threefold flame that is lowered into manifestation in the secret chamber of the heart.
- The Maha Chohan also attends at the transition called death, when he comes to withdraw the flame of life and to withdraw the holy breath.
Nine Gifts of the Holy Spirit
The nine gifts of the Spirit are powers conveyed by the Maha Chohan to God’s servants on earth to bind death and hell and work his works on earth.
1) The word of wisdom
2) The word of knowledge
3) Faith
4) Healing
5) The working of miracles
6) Prophecy
7) The discerning of spirits
8) Diverse kinds of tongues
9) The interpretation of tongues
Prayer to the Maha Chohan
Beloved Maha Chohan, I want to be a comfort flame to every part of life. I want the flame of my heart to flow out daily toward the rising sun, to sweep the world around with your wonderful comfort flame, to enter into the conscious- ness of the tired and the poor and the ignorant, and to infuse them with a sense of the divine goodness of God.
I recognize that as a manifestation of God, I play a very important part in awakening the consciousness of mankind. For as I think, so I send out the arrows of my love in all directions.
I will be an eternal cupid for God. I will fill my quiver with the arrows of God’s love. I will shoot them into every heart that I meet until the world is so infused with comfort and love that the perfect example of the healing Christ is extended through me toward all upon earth.
I will not look upon men to see imperfection, mortality and grossness, and all of the stain and doubt and fear and negative possibilities. I will not dwell in a consciousness of “if,” but I will dwell in a consciousness of “Now God is, now God lives.”
And as the LORD liveth, so live I. And as I live, so I live for him. And as I live for him, I AM determined to be an ascended being, I AM determined to be an ascended master.
I have had embodiment after embodiment upon this planet. I have been surfeited in human wandering and misery. I have accepted the dust of the road from mankind, the offscouring and the filth of the world.
I call now to the angels of purity to cleanse my consciousness of all that is not of the light. Wash me and make me white as snow. (The Maha Chohan, 1962)
