C – Chose what is of value.
E- Explore and expand.

Find yourself a comfortable place and give yourself the luxury of 30 minutes or longer to take a trip into your past. For some, this may feel frightening, but even if you had a difficult childhood it is possible to find nuggets of rare beauty in the midst of the garbage. The child you were is still in the heart of you and needs to be acknowledged, incorporated into a creative adult you have become.

Take you mind back to when you were 7, 11, 14 and 18 years old. You can just do one age now and return to the others at another time.

For each age ask yourself the following questions. Make notes to help you recall later:

Come back to the present and reflect on the following questions:

Embrace the child you were then, who did the best he could with the knowledge he had then. Celebrate his arrival and congratulate yourself for having come so far.
