It was back in 2010 that he made his debut in Dibakar Banerjee’s Love Sex Aur Dhoka. But he had made people sit up and take note of his acting skills as an unemployed youth who is running away from loan sharks. In the last one decade, Rajkummar has proved his mettle with exemplary performances in Shahid, Aligarh, Bareilly Ki Barfi, Kai Po Che, Trapped, Made In China, Shimla Mirchi and Stree.
The year 2020 is loaded with Rajkummar’s releases — Roohi Afzana, the Netflix adaptation of The White Tiger, Chhalaang, Ludo, Badhaai Do and Chupke Chupke.
The 35-year-old actor, on this 10-year period, said that it was always his endeavour to be a part of inspiring cinema. “I had the honour of working with some of the best minds in the Hindi film industry. I am happy that filmmakers trusted me with their vision and placed their bets on my humble talents. I cannot thank them and the viewers enough.”
