CAARA at IAF 2020
End of January, each year, is the time for Delhi’s date with everything artistic. This is when the India Art Fair (IAF) takes off in the city. Partnering with India Art Fair for the fifth consecutive year, CAARA will offer IAF visitors some on-the-go sustenance in the form of artisanal frothy cappuccinos, avocado on toast, cakes and on-the-go energy balls from their CAFÉ counter.
For visitors looking for a more long-drawn dining affair, the CAARA Pop-Up Restaurant will be offering an all-day dining menu which includes some fresh, classic and seasonal dishes such as Quinoa Super Food Salad with Kaffir Lime Dressing, or Wild Mushroom Linguine, Sourdough Pizzas and Fiery Prawns. Apart from these, one can also try their Vegan Jackfruit Khow Suey, Chipotle and Chicken Brioche Burger through to the delicious Apple and Kale salad, straight from CAARA’s chemical free farm along with some delicious desserts.
Guests can also pair their meals with tea, beers, wine and their favorite cocktails from NicoCaara, to have an elaborate dining experience at the India Art Fair.
