Do you often feel stuck, less fortunate, lost, angry or fearful? Do you find yourself struggling with circumstances and people around or out of balance but don’t know how to get back in control?

No need to worry as now is the time to take control of your life back in your own hands. How? you might ask. Well! through the power of your own mind, I would say. Understand that everything you need in life is already inside you and you don’t have to look outside for any support.

Understand that when you repeatedly think negative, these negative thoughts form a pattern in your mind at your energy level. These patterns then transmute into vibrations and unbeknown to you these negative vibrations become a part of you. And since the universe is made up of vibrations, the only way to connect with it is through your vibrations. When negative vibrations emanate from you, the universe too responds with negative vibrations.

The power of thoughts is a creative power. You can train and strengthen this power. You can use it to make changes in your life and also to influence other people’s minds. Your thoughts pass from your conscious mind to your subconscious mind which, in turn, influence your actions in accordance with these thoughts.

This means if you train your mind not to think negative, you would have own half the battle. The other half is to train your mind to think positive!

How to do that is the mute question?

Meditation, I would say — meditation for self-development that empowers you for positive change, mediation that can reprogram your subconscious mind from your limiting beliefs and feelings that are holding you back from happiness, love, wellness, prosperity, and abundance.
